Consulting services include zoning, land development, feasibility analysis, real estate tax assessment appeals, condemnations, and estate valuations.

First licensed in real estate in 1974, Mr. Barrow became a broker in 1979 and a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 1991. Professional associates include designation as ASA, member of the Tristate Commercial and Industrial Realtors Association, the Delaware Valley Realtors Association and the National and Pennsylvania Realtors Associations, Association of Delaware and Chester County Home Builders, Delaware County Association of Real Estate Appraiser, and Greater Chester Business and Civic Association (President 2001)
